Graham and Lisa have years of experience in restaurants and resorts. They have both worked for well known companies like the Fairmont Hotels and Resorts, Coast Hotels, Quails Gate Winery in Kelowna, and Black Rock Oceanfront Resort in Ucluelet, BC. It was always a long time dream of theirs to return to the Kootenays and own their own business and Max’s Place was the perfect opportunity to do so.
Graham is a Red Seal Chef and started his career at Butchart Gardens in his hometown of Victoria. That’s where he also completed his apprenticeship at Fairmont Hotsprings Resort. Lisa has also had a long career in hospitality. From Front of house to management and finance she has had a hand in everything. Together they make quite the well rounded team!
