Chamber Governance Committee

A strong framework and foundation is critical to the success of our Chamber. The Governance Committee is focused on maintaining our Bylaws & Constitution, and our Board Policies, to be compliant with the Federal Boards of Trades Act (BOTA). The Cranbrook Chamber of Commerce is registered under Part I of the act.
