Sweetheart of Sam Steele Amanda Musso and Princess of Sam Steele Mallory Balfour along with Councillor Jim Wavrecan represented Cranbrook with the new float at the Calgary Stampede Parade. The theme of this year’s float is “Mountains of Opportunity” featuring a replica of the Spirit Tree found in down town Cranbrook. Many thanks to Linda Birch, Bob Learmonth, Bruce Coventry, Jamie Hodge and Councillor Wavrecan who designed and built this year’s float.
